- Promoted sales program to Distributors, Dealers. Implemented sales & promotion's
policies to different level of dealers
- Maintained and achieved sales targets which assigned by the company. Reviewed and
monitored sales on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
- Recruited and developed new & potential dealers in Western region (Ba-Ria Vung Tau,
Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan) and 5 districts in HCM.
- Conducted market's research for new products, feedbacks, promotion's programs by
sending questionnaires, interview dealers, end-users. Analyzed the performance of
dealers based on sales targets. Pushed sales to dealers when needed by consulting
keeping dealers hold inventory and making their own promotions which unlikely to conflict
with anti-dumping sales policy.
