Getting logistics quotation, comparing and finding the resolution
to reduce logistics fee
Working with buyers, warehouse, finance department to control
the stock in warehouse and import – export quantities to make
sure all data of each department be matched.
Reviewing purchasing procedure, warehouse management
procedure to make sure all procedure is effective
Update customs laws and building the content to training staff in
department
Training staff about import-export knowledge and the way to follow
shipment, make documents (inv, PO, Packing list...) and make customs
declaration
Having experience in working with customs supervise factory and CCTV
system for EPE company
Checking actual BOM and doing liquidation report every year and balance
data to reduce the customs risk for company
Making KPI report of each FWD every month
Finding resolution to improve import-export active of company
Training staff in department to apply COO (Form E, B, AI, VC, EAV,D...)
to MOIT and VCCI
Preparing documents to work with VCCI when VCCI come company to
audit factory
Managing scrap and working with customs if customs come factory to
supervise destruction process
Building relationship with customs.
