I was promoted to assistant manager position after working in staff position for 2 years. My
responsibility was expanded to control the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and customer
requirements (GRS, Lululemon, Bluesign, and SLCP (Higg vFSLM)). My experience in the
current position can be explained by bullets below;
Analyse and determine company objective and target with my team according to
the ISO standard
Revise and announce the ISO committee and internal audit team to conduct internal
audit annually
Communicate with other section about ISO standard and customer requirements
Manage and prepare ISO surveillance audit and other audit required by customer
requirement annually
Collect every audit result and distribute CAR to concerned person when NC occur,
including follow up the corrective action result
Analyse and prepare project to ensure achievement target in environmental program
and safety program
Collect the operation result which related to objective and target, and present to
the management review meeting.
Coordinate between a parent company (TEIJIN) and the factory, in the part of energy
saving, environment, and safety
Conduct training schedule for employee follow OSH regulation and customer
requirement (emergency response, machine, electrical, safety personnel, etc.)
Being an internal trainer for new employee orientation, hearing conservation, and
occupational disease course.
Revise the parameter for environmental monitoring twice a year
Revise the parameter for annual health check up
Conduct safety committee meeting each month and do the safety committee report
Set up for preventive maintenance plan for emergency response equipment in the
company follow OSH regulation and customer requirement
