equipment automation and intelligent water, digital and information transformation and upgrading
supervisor, in the business work is mainly responsible for the following responsibilities:
Equipment automation and smart water upgrade project planning, design, implementation and
maintenance, PLC and DCS,SCADA system optimization;
Coordinate different functional departments, such as design, construction, operation and
maintenance, etc., for equipment deployment, commissioning and acceptance;
Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans and maintenance standards to ensure
equipment normal operation, maximum utility and life;
Promote equipment transformation and upgrading work, research and evaluation of new
technologies and new equipment, put forward improvement plans, and promote enterprise
automation and smart water applications in-depth development;
Provide equipment technical support, maintenance fault diagnosis and solutions;
Manage and coordinate team members, develop and track work plans, progress and quality,
ensure that the project is carried out in an orderly manner, but also to ensure that team members
effective communication and collaboration, improve work efficiency and team building.
Participate in investment project investigations and assist the investment department in preparing
project investment feasibility reports and project bidding documents.

Responsible for the whole process engineering consulting services of electrical automation and
informatization of municipal projects (including but not limited to water plants, sewage plants,environmental sanitation, smart cities, smart water and digital projects).
Independent completion of the entire project electrical automatic control system design, electrical
automatic control selection and electrical equipment on-site construction contact;
Participate in the project pre-demand research, participate in the project positioning, on the
electrical control information to complete the project master plan;
Prepare the scheme and construction drawing design task book, review the electrical design
scheme and construction drawing;
Responsible for the project's electrical design schedule management, quality management, project
post-construction services, etc.
Participate in the preparation of electrical design bidding technical documents;
For the equipment manufacturer's detailed design scheme for review and confirmation;
Design return visit, collect opinions and suggestions, extract experience data and put forward
follow-up design improvement suggestions;
