Key Accomplishment:
• Implement special programs to increase market share in the market as well as increase the number of qualified sub-dealers to build an effective sales network in KSA
• Monitor dealers KPI on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis from sales point and tracking the performance as per NISSAN yearly Business plan
• Implement pricing matrix to monitor the prices and support required to build an attractive prices on a quarterly and annual basis based on market competition and demand.
• Tracking dealer car flow and maintain stock availability to ensure that orders matching the BP
• Plan quarterly retail marketing and finance campaigns and activities.
Special Project: Dealers network enhancement (2016-2018): Successfully concluded a project to enhance the Sub Dealer Network in the Kingdom. Developed a robust vetting process, analyzing the financial strength and reputation of Sub Dealers before awarding business contracts. Special focus on the rural areas, where the network was grown by 30%
