Honeywell. Responsible for all distribution sales in the Nordic / Baltic region. Establishing close relationships with the distributors, carrying out sales incentives and growth plans. I have forecast and target achievement responsibility for the entire region. Adjusting and aligning in close collaboration with my colleagues.
Success including app 15% YoY growth in the position gave me the opportunity getting promoted to move to European role

Honeywell. Responsible for developing the barcode scanner sales in the Nordic / Baltic region. Exceeding all growth expectations both years. +30% growth

Citizen Systems Europe. Responsible for the Nordic, Baltic and the Polish market within Auto ID and POS. My region was the highest performing 3 years in a row from 2013 to 2015.

/ BlueStar. Distributing POS equipment on the danish market. I built up the company from scratch, to a company of a size that made it attractive for big players to buy it. Elma Pos was sold in 2010 to American distributor BlueStar. At that time, I had 4 direct reports within sales and the technical side, and I carried full responsibility for forecasting and results.

Sensormatic. Selling CCTV and EAS systems to specific customers in retail and in the publicsector.

Rank Xerox. Selling copy machines within a specific territory in Denmark
