- Oversee daily operation of the HR Department
- Educate employee on company policies and keep employee handbook current
- Creating and maintain HR Polices.
- Organizing events and training for the employees.
- Maintain records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the
management team when required.
- Identifying required manpower, advertising and get best candidate and handling the
employment process.
- Handling the orientation and training for new employees.
- Handling performance management procedure, confirmation and appraisals.
- Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
- Assist on monthly staff payroll (Allowance, Medical claim, Overtime and other)
- Handling outsources contract worker and intern attendance.
- Arrange for staff Typhoid and Food Handling course.
- Member of ERT , Halal, OSHA and First Aid Team
- Arrange training with apply for HRDF Claim
- Assist on Monthly review report and present during review session.
