Jamjoom General Agencies is one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia. The company is the agent of many world renown products such as Uncle Ben Rice, Langnese Honey of Dr. Otcar GMBH, Parker Pens, Sanford Rotring Benelux B.V Rotring Pens, and Borjoise perfumeries.
I joined the company in September 1999 as Business-to-Business sales representative, handling the Jeddah market and its clients. As a result of my excellent performance in acquiring a greater market share in stationary products and granting Parker pens the status of the most recognizable brand names of pens in the Saudi Market. In November 2001 I was promoted to be the Eastern Province Stationery Sales Manager, and in August 2003 I was promoted to my current position.
Specific achievements:
➢ Promoting Jamjoom Co. “Parker & Stationery Div” products as leaders of prestigious, promotional gifts and stationery products.
➢ Training, overseeing, and assessing company sale representatives’ performance, and providing assistance in managing customer issues.
➢ Ensure regularity in market visits with sales representatives to improve performance, provide training objectives, and address customer needs.
➢ Achieve budgeted sales, net profit and cash flow targets.
➢ Exercising inventory control, including assessing and placing orders based on sales forecasts and
stock on-hand.
➢ Identifying and securing new potential retailers and maintaining regular contacts with key clients.
➢ Preparing product market reports for management and manufacturers.
➢ Managing the image of products by ensuring their consistent and high quality display.
➢ Establish, maintain & improve sustainable relationships wish major customers across the customer’s organization and across own organization.
