Regional Sales manager role to drive UK growth across these must WIN areas for TI and take market share in under penetrated markets within Northern Europe
Key responsibilities
·Leadership role to develop team of 12 FAES/Acc man to grow success in every area. 5-year plan target of $450m by 2027
·Develop executive relationships across CTO, COO, CEO and key decision makers within customer base.
·Develop team members and team culture to support winning mentality and accountability with clear measurable actions.
·Ensure deep knowledge of all aspects of customer supply chain understand and influenced whilst maximising sales revenues across channel partners.
Key achievements/projects
·Net revenue across customer base at 14% compound annual growth across 9 years WW. Acknowledged at corporate level for the team’s success.
·Becoming No1 analog supplier at DYSON growing from $2m to $35m, plus converting connectivity from Qualcomm on WI-FI/BLE based on clear business plan both technically and commercially.
·Converting ZF radar to TI from competition and enabling customer to WIN OEM awards valued at $50M.
·Creating JLR relationships across Technology teams to WIN BMS platform for Jaguar iPACE. 1st major WIN for TI at $10m/yr
·Enabling BMS WINS across all personal electronic customers circa $20m/yr
