o Responsible for the overall operations in assigned manufacturing
organization.
o Planning, coordinating, directing and supervising the entire day-to-day
operations.
o Ensure optimal and efficient staff allocation and time management at
production orders to deliver on time, in full, meeting specified quality while
maintaining cost effective of process.
o Manage, sustain and improve all operational or production relevant
processes to meet manufacturability, yield, quality requirements and industry
standards.
o Responsible for recrutiment, leading, coaching and support all employees in
production.
o Provide necessary training and support to employees ensuring that they
understand and are able to apply the skills required to produce quality
products and to perform in-process, documented inspection according to VAT
and customer requirements.
o Organising and managing conditions of production to meet production and
organizational goals, primarily the improvement and maintenance of high level

productivity, operations efficiency, wastage reduction and control and product
quality in terms of meeting the specification in a sustainable manner.
o Perform long term machine capacity planning and manpower requirement
according to forecast, ensure resources are utilized fully and effectively.
o Participates actively in new product introduction. Supports and implements
the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full
production with consideration of manufacturability and yield performance.
o Defining and consolidating the process landscape, taking into account
lean management in production: introducing, optimising and documenting
processes at existing and new workstations, including layout planning. In doing
so, pay attention to achieving the high quality and cleanliness requirements,
optimum manufacturing costs and short throughput times.
