Organized and supervised all administrative activities that
facilitated the smooth running of the Regional Asia/Pacific
office.
• Managed day-to-day operations of a variety of office services,
including copy services, office supplies, mail and messenger
services, travel management, records management, fleet
management, cleaning and maintenance services, pantry and
recreation services, facilities management, reception, event
planning, and communication systems.
• Liaised with managers to ensure office administration policies,
programs, and activities were appropriate for their needs.
• Planned, prioritized, and managed maintenance activities and
upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize
disruptions to business activities.
• Selected and managed relationships with suppliers to ensure
satisfactory standards of service, including building
management communication and support, fire marshal
responsibilities, security administration, and air-conditioning
arrangements.
• Acted as the point of contact for IT requirements between the
office, third-party service providers, and the Regional IT
support.
• Provided HR admin support, including recruitment and on
boarding, HR contracts and administration, compensation,
benefits, and remuneration administration, health, safety, and
employee wellness, including company medical plan
administration, relocation and termination processing, HR
communications, and employment/industrial/labor relations.
• Coordinated payroll processes, including leave planning,
tracking, and management, providing payroll transaction data
to external payroll service providers, payroll journal
responsibility, liaising with Finance Team to ensure prompt
funds transfer to meet deadlines, and providing payment
advice to providers for 25th of month payments, annual tax
return administration, and distribution.
• Provided expatriate support, including application of
employment/dependent passes, implementation of expatriate
benefits, such as housing and school search, company
drivers, and repatriation assistance, and ensured the
expatriate tax process was fully aligned and adhered to within
statutory guidelines.
• Managed company driver operational, administrative, and
welfare matters.
