Job Detail : Managing HR functions such as, employee relations, training budgets, recruitment, HR &
General Affairs
- Recruitment and Selection, Overseeing all recruitment documents and recruitment sources.
- Maintaining an Employee records and paperwork.
- Organizing and managing new an Employee orientation.
- Prepare Recruitment statistics, Turnover and Manpower.
- Prepare for the performance an evaluation of Job Positions.
- Coordinate recruitment and job an interview, an interview results
- Training needs survey.
- Drawing up training plan an annual.
-Training an Employee according to the specified curriculum.
- Performance Appraisal of an Employee after finished training. Record the training results and test
the an Employees
Handle overall Recruitment processes including prepare employment contract, training, briefing
employee benefit and welfare.
-Give the guidance and advice to each department in aspect of HR practices, labor issues, and labor
laws including contract with Labor Office.
-Preparing announcement, organization, overall rules, regulations and policies of company.
-Manage and control the employees follow the company regulations, practice, company policy and
announcement.
-Handle company activity-Manage and monitor contract of security housekeeping garden, driver,
transportation, canteen services.
