Assure Customer completely satisfied with TBSMX Chavez Plant operations performance. Maintain all
Industrialization activities, Quality indicators and robust supply chain main KPI ́s sustainability leading
to competitive. Availability to react on Customer expected time in case of concern. Customers – BMW,
Toyota, Lexus, Mazda.
Main Activities:
- Manage any Customer requirement, being the main contact person in between Customers and Plant
operation; representing TBSMX at all levels at Customer facilities.
- Customer Satisfaction Program launched assuring effectively communicate operations performance
with Customer.
- Monitor and identify any potential operations risk assuring immediate response in Customer expected
time.
- Track each incident / nonconformity during launch and program reported by Customers in a corrective
action report. (8D ́s, PDCA, Root Cause).
- Develop annual strategic plan for QC Department (Hoshin Kanri)
- Plant KPI ́s evaluation and analysis for continuous improvement and operation growth in efficiency,
- Budget planning
- Coordinate PFMEA and Control plan
- Supplier Performance follow up
- Supplier Process Audit.
- Validate Supplier Quality plan. - Production part approval PSW-PPAP.
- Inspection control plant creation.
- VA/VE activities. (Cost reduction)
- Development of QZ Audit area for product validations.
