Lead a multidisciplinary work team to guarantee material and human resources in compliance with the objectives of the company's senior management, this through the administration of financial resources (labor expenses and business plan) and complying with the KPI's of the department through the management of activities of a work team focused on: labor and union relations (collective labor agreements), payroll, training, talent attraction, asset security, medical service, industrial safety, environmental regulations environment, administration and general services, civil maintenance, accounts payable, management for expatriates, as well as attention to all service providers.
Key responsibilities and highlights:
Decrease in direct and indirect staff turnover for 4 consecutive years from 18% annual average to 3%.
Decrease in absenteeism of direct personnel from 10% to 4% in 5 consecutive years.
Annual reviews and negotiations of the collective agreement with the union.
Payroll review.
Development of administrative policies and regulations.
Application of the Labor Climate survey, generation of strategies to improve the annual result and improvements for 4 consecutive years.
Staff evaluations by competencies and objectives
Execution of organizational development activities.
Immigration procedures for work stays of foreigners (Japanese).
Annual analysis of wages, salaries and compensation, as well as preparation of schemes for salary increases and personnel development.
Development of training platforms and talent development based on DNC
