• Develop, strengthen, and maintain constructive relationships with 50+ clients driving the company's revenue.
• Function as the main point of contact between key clients & 10 internal teams, promptly addressing & resolving client complaints.
• Assist the account teams and stakeholders by efficiently producing & compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts, showcasing excellent time management skills.
• Liaise with and supervise advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to make sure each client's needs are adequately met.
• Innovate fitting, client-centric solutions after developing a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements.
• Drive the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals by proficiently negotiating contracts with 20+ key clients.
• Stay current on market conditions and trends for brands/products.
