Responsibility:
• I am in charge of Sales in Rieti Service Center. I share the responsibility of production efficiency and people management with the Plant Manager. There are 40 people working in the plant right now.
• I manage 4 external sales representatives, that work for increasing sales on the Centre and South of Italy and I am responsible for the Service Center sales performance, including Key Customers.

Team Leader on market research, market evaluation of existing products and deviations. Research on customer satisfaction; Monitoring competition;
New products development, defining characteristics, distribution channels, target consumers, price range, sales targets, strong collaboration with Team Innovation.

End-to-end Major Accounts management (commercial, administrative, recovery). Ideation and implementation of customized business strategies.
Customer satisfaction Analysis, short and long term revenue investigation. Management and application of loyalty techniques: financial, account sales, stock security and
technical services.

Daily loading of information to the Subledger system. Monthly reconciliation of balances on Subledger to balances on Peoplesoft and explanation of variances. Matching, clearing and miscellaneous write-offs of relevant items on the Subledger system. Preparation of monthly reports and analysing values on Subledger between various categories.

Member of debt recovery and management team. Analysis of clients accounts to identify potential risk factors. Arrangement of terms of payment and follow-up collection of accounts. Updating database as required. Building client relationships and solving account queries. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to take fast decisions under pressure.

Checking energy stock exchange to update and verify pricing. Looking at corporate equities within this market and analysing how this effected energy prices. Completing Cost analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements. Cost analysis including budget forecasting for future use. Report writing and use of Spreadsheets (Excel).
