Responsibilities
Assist the regional CFO to carry out the work related to the integration of industry
and finance in Africa or South Africa, including but not limited to the following:
In connection with all departments, familiar with compliance requirements,
and able to identify risks;
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, semi-annual budgets, budget
adjustments, rolling budgets, etc., provide professional support to the other
departments from a financial perspective, reasonably lead the business to
achieve goals, and lock in budget resources;
Assist in monthly business analysis, budget forecasting and other related work,
and provide multi-dimensional financial analysis reports according to business
needs
Assist in contract order review, project review, gross profit measurement;
Assist in credit management and receivables management, coordinate
resources to solve problems in the process of payment collection;
Understand taxation, accounting, capital and other related work requirements,
and complete local state tax compliance and other related auxiliary work;
In response to the problems or needs faced by the other departments, able to
provide financial solutions or predictive suggestions

Responsibilities
Register the new company for the new clients
Change company details (director /shareholder, company information)
Registration of Income Tax,VAT,EMP,Custom Number at SARS
Issue shareholder certificate
Notice the clients to supply the relevant documents
Prepare the General Ledgers for senior accountants
Prepare the Journals for senior accountants
Prepare and file the annual returns
Monthly accounting processing to trial balance
Calculating and submitting VAT,Income Tax and EMP (PAYE/UIF)
Submittion of UIF & COID returns
Submission of company’s annual ruturn
Communication with clients in both Chinese and English
