Commercial Brand Manager – Own Brand & Audio Feb ‘16 – Apr ‘22
· Responsible for owning six audio brands including JBL and Bang & Olufsen
· Successfully achieve several KPIs including profit, stock and commercial income
· Work with stakeholders from third party brands to increase the brand success across multiple channels
· Launch new products successfully
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers, customers and distributors
· Grow brands YoY and seek new sales channels to gain incremental sales
· Manage stock and sales forecasting by analysing various data sources
· Provide brand and product training to sales teams and customers
· Run quarterly reviews to review the business and plan
· Work closely with various internal stakeholders to manage the success of the brand – product development, marketing, sales and purchasing
· Manage all stages of the product life cycle, from idea all the way to testing, launch and exit where necessary
· Strong relationships with global distributors of the own brand products which helped me understand global markets
· Present brand plans, performance and outlooks to directors
· Set pricing across multiple currencies based on manufacturing costs, freight and marketing accruals

· Review stock and sales data to ensure sell through
· Implement promotions
· Set pricing across various currencies, monitoring the impact of exchange rates
