During my time at OPPO, I was promoted to this role. Responsible for implementing OPPO’s Field Team strategy across Retail & Contact Centre and managing key stakeholder relationships. In this role, I am accountable for the entire OPPO Ambassador programme across UK and Ireland. I work directly with Channel Partners to ensure the right candidates are selected and lead the programme through activity, engagement, competitions, and content on OPPO’s digital training and communications platform. Managing the Field Team in Contact Centre and delivering internal briefings with a commercial focus & bundling approach, monitoring competitor activity, insight and offering comparison.
