• Responsible for the execution and management of corporate debt solutions: local and international issuances, term
loans, fleet related financing, debt with trust management, factoring, among others (Total Debt US $2.0bn)
• Expansion of Export Credit Agencies (ECA) financing projects in 4 countries and US $200m total budget.
• Direct participation in the restructure of financial debt amounting US$1.1 bn under Chapter 11 bankruptcy
reorganization.
