Project leader on improvement defect and solving to problem that occur on mass production such as mold repair by design new part for preventive to repeated problem.

The role is responsibility on the injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding. The coordination and cooperation requested with agencies involved to support the production process to meet the production plan.
Manage manpower support as daily plan mass production. Make plan to preventive maintenance for machines and mold as well as setting spare part and tools for support to problem on mass production.
Represent the production department in testing new product as well as joint meeting with cross another department
for follow up to status new product.
Project leader on improvement work method and increase work efficiency of manpower on the production process.

Coordination, Operation and control supplier on process to special part mold component as the customer request.
Support division in launching new mold & injection maintenance product as well as visit to customer for keep information for use on their support as request.
Designing, planning, and providing support to injection maintenance customers as well as visit to customer for sketch and created drawing for send to our supplier.
Expand and maintain customer base and develop sales opportunity with prospects in targeted markets.
Perform technical presentation and support to customer and prospects. As well as the coaching and training the team and providing on the job training in related areas.

Repair, Modify mold and equipment that related for preparation on mass production by design new part for preventive action to repeated problem as well as setting spare part on support in case that mold have problem.
