Organize the supply/demand program and coordinates activities involve
with procuring of goods, services. And concerned goods could be machinery, spare part, packing
equipment, production consumables, made to order, construction, office supply, repair and
maintenance service, safety, etc. (Use ERP Program : Formula MSDE)
Order and contract the Investment budget, Rationalization, Machinery repair, building works,
Machinery Purchasing, all sort of repair including daily use component.
Evaluate the supplier, set-up the management guidelines and stock management.
Manage and analyze the data record of the supply/demand material.
Sourcing the suppliers, Collecting the performance evaluation data and new prospect supplier.
Negotiate prices, compare prices and quality of sellers for the best benefit of the company.
Proceed to find new sellers cheaper and get the quality that the user wants.

Sourcing of Technical Equipment concerned goodssuch as machinery,
spare part (bearing , invertor ,pnuematics parts, hydraulic , Lubricants , Screw, etc.), production consumables, made to order, construction, office supply, repair and maintenance service, safety
Negotiate purchasing agreement for construction and maintenance service.
Prepare and Issue PO (Use Program ERP : Infor M3)
Follow-up order to meet required delivery schedule from the requester.
Implement and procurement to meet cost saving.
Communicated with stakeholders regarding the nature and function of purchased equipment.

Document Control in purchasing section such as registration document.
Planning order material to support production ( Coil )
Issue PO and Follow up the delivery schedule. (Use MCFrame Program)

Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them aswell as existing
suppliers.
sourcing raw material for new model : general part( printing , Packaging , connecting pipe , etc.)
Use SAP Program.
Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the
quotes.
