• Dealing with passenger inquiries about timing flight departures and arrival, and
completing procedures when passengers arrive and leave.
• Checking rooms, choosing rooms and handing out keys.
• Asking passengers for passport/personal ID and preparing bills and taking payments.
• Dealing with special requests from guests and answering questions, complaints or
problems.
• Emailing "Thank you to the guesses" after completing procedures when passengers
leave.
