1. Supervised 60 million dollars owned inventory at local DC, ensuring the accuracy and availability of inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
2. Senior Editor of the 【Lord and Taylor Vendor Guide】, responsible for developing and maintaining the vendor guide, which is used by vendors to submit orders and track shipments.
3. Supervised and assisted 64 drop ship vendors on their day-to-day operations, including outbound orders and returns, to ensure that all operations were conducted efficiently and effectively.
4. Processed inbound shipments of apparel, shoes, and home products and ensured that all products were received and inspected in accordance with company standards, including oversea shipments’ custom clearance for US, China, Canada and UK.
5. Handling high value merchandise inbound, receiving, QA, outbound, and returns. Products such as Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Gucci, Canada Goose, Fendi, Versace, Tumi and etc.,
6. Managed QA team to work with non-conforming products due to damage, packaging, wrong UPC or SKU, generate official non-conforming report for vendor’s credit memo request.
7. Responded to customer inquiries and referred clients to the proper channels, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
8. Outbound order processing – Managed two shipping teams to process outbound orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy, which helped to prevent picking and packaging errors and improve efficiency.
9. Made special shipping arrangements as necessary, to ensure that shipments were delivered on time and in good condition.
10. Tracked and fixed shipping errors, UPC errors, and SKU errors, to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and prevent lost sales.
11. Prepared bills and invoices, ensuring that all financial records were accurate and up to date.
12. Managed distribution and shipment budgets, ensuring that all shipments were delivered within budget range.
13. Ensured that the quality of all services provided met the required standards, by implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
14. Developed processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized, which helped to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
15. Managed inventory control system based on company policies, ensuring that inventory levels were always accurate and that all products were available to meet customer demand.
