RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take part in new startup sales & manufacturing company with a
total of 100 manpower specialize in local and global sales and
manufacturing process such as Laser Cutting, Pressbrake, CNC
Milling, CNC Turning, Machine Assembly, Painting, Welding and
Quality Assurance & Control
• Responsible for all Key Operations such as sales, planning,
production, procurement, engineering and also areas of
Manufacturing Engineering and New Product Introduction
(NPI) which involves yield and cycle time improvement, value
engineering, manufacturing Bill of Material (BOM), project
costing and work instruction.
• Able to manage and negotiate with vendors, supply chain
management, CAPEX & OPEX planning, production 6S
• Cover Plants Process Mapping, FMEA Product Outgoing Quality,
Supplier/Incoming Quality, Audit and Regulatory Compliance,
Quality Management System (QMS), Customer Quality, New
Product Quality (APQP, PPAP)
• Project partnership with Multinational clients such as STRAITS,
BENCHMARK, FLEXTRONICS, PENTAMASTER, ACM, BROMMA
and VITROX
• Established new ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO
13485 (Medical Device-Quality Management) in our
manufacturing line
• Accountable to execute on company people strategy, leaders will
focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and
ensuring that their employees receive the development and
coaching required to realize their full potential.
• Implementation of KPI for company organization & ERP for
company production and inventory planning
ACHIEVEMENT:
• Secure and manage about total of RM50 million manufacturing
project contract for THYE HENG for supply of medical device and
semiconductor equipment
• Setup a new machinery manufacturing company for Laser
Cutting, CNC Bending machine and CNC precision vertical,
horizontal machining center and a new factory facilities in Penang
equipped with ISO 9001 certification for quality management.
• Identify, recruit and develop customers in medical,
semiconductor equipment, heavy machinery, oil and gas and
precision machining parts, in order to build a stable team platform
that is profitable and has sustainable long-term growth potential.
