▪ Online Appointment Project-OSB: Determining online appointment needs according to the automotive sector, establishing the IT and marketing infrastructure, continuous development and management of the project.
▪ CRM Customer Segmentation & 1-to-1 Communication Strategy: CRM big data management, creation of customer segmentation and management of processes strategy. Optimization of 1-to-1 marketing communication, planning and management of customer-based effective communication model.
