· Devised and executed a highly effective sales strategy that led to a remarkable 34% year-on-year increase in sales and expanded the company's customer base by 15%. This achievement resulted in Tata Wiron (a brand of Tata Steel) attaining its highest-ever sales in FY23.
· Spearheaded the successful launch of the Services & Solutions business of Tata Wiron in North India, driving a phenomenal 200% growth in sales of value-added products. This substantial contribution aligned with Tata Steel's vision of achieving 20% revenue from the S&S business.
· Nurtured a lucrative partnership with a cutting-edge startup, resulting in an additional revenue of ₹2 crores and consistent monthly sales of 200MT. This strategic collaboration played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's overall revenue.
· Cultivated strong relationships with key customers and partners, leading to a significant rise in satisfaction levels among distributors and channel partners.Successfully onboarded two new distributors, one each in Uttarakhand and J&K, expanding the company's market reach and optimizing distribution channels

(Metallurgical Coal Preparation Plant 2MTPA) · Directed and oversaw an operations team of 125 members and a contractual workforce of 50 at a coal beneficiation plant.
· Strategically managed Raw Material sourcing from Coal India Limited and captive coal mines, skillfully handling the inbound and outbound supply chain, inventory management, and quality compliances.
· Collaborated with key stakeholders, including the District Mining Office, Dhanbad, Indian Railways, and the Director General of Mines Safety (DGMS), to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance with regulations.
· Spearheaded process rationalization efforts and implemented continuous improvement initiatives, leading to an impressive 20% reduction in operational costs and a remarkable 25% increase in overall efficiency. The plant achieved its highest-ever throughput during this tenure.
· Assumed full responsibility for the seamless operation of a 2MTPA coal beneficiation plant, including efficient logistics management and effective coordination with various government agencies.
· Successfully executed a self-initiated project focused on water consumption, a critical Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in a coal beneficiation plant. The project resulted in a 10% reduction in water consumption per ton.
· Provided valuable operational insights to the project team during the commissioning of a new plant, contributing significantly to its successful start-up.
