• Primary contact of assigned Channel Partners
• Supporting channel partners in projects
• Serving as the lead point of contact for all account management
matters for the selected channel partners
• Monitoring projects, and handling competency level of channel
partners and making timely recommendations to drive
improvements
• Achieving sales quota and business targets with the assigned
partners.
• Executing channel strategy with the assigned partners and
implementing necessary critical tasks. Monitoring the effectiveness of
the strategy, identify opportunities and areas for improvement,
suggesting and implementing approved corrective measures.
• Collaborating with sales operations, product marketing, technical
support, marketing, FAE and finance teams to ensure proper support
and development of channel partners.
• Participating in trade-shows and visiting customer sites
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with business partners.
• Regular preparation of reports and forecasts regarding important
sales figures
• Maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Organising and overseeing every sales opportunity given to the
Sales Executive while ensuring the company is in the best possible
position to win the sale.
• Participating in training and acquiring necessary knowledge, skills,
and abilities.
