1. Human Resource Role
-Assisting with the development and execution of recruitment strategies and building of
recruitment channels to support manpower requirement.
-Provide onboard documents for new hires including issuance of Letter of Appointment,
etc.
-Conduct orientation for new hires.
-Ensuring all employee data are accurate and up-to-date in employee personnel file and
HCMS.
-Responsible in updating, maintaining and filling of employees' records and files.
-Managing HR systems (e.g. Attendance Reports, E-Leave, etc.,) to ensure attendance
and leave records are captured accurately and timely.
-To compute all employees salary which includes Allowances, Deduction and others
statutory contribution fix by government from time to time.
-Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation
and development.
-Processing work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related processes for
expats through MDEC portal.
-Monitoring and processing employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, salary adjustment,
resignation and termination.
-Ensure that all employees are aware of the HR policies and procedures in place and
respond to related enquiries.
-Attend to employees grievances and provide guidance.
-Handle disciplinary matters.
-Liaise with all departments on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory
services.
-Preparation of HR policies, procedures, forms and other formal documents.
2. Admin Role
-Audit, authenticate & proof read policies, procedures & all documents related to legal.
-To maintain and upkeep of office equipment, fixtures & fittings, facilities, cleaning services
and security.
-Source and purchase office supplies and equipment.
-Maintain and monitor company utility bills, vehicle license and tenancy agreements
renewal.
3. Company Secretarial Role
-Calendar Board meetings.
-Attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc.
-Preparation of documents/forms for certification by Company Secretary.
-Liaising with external regulators and advisors such as lawyers, bankers and auditors.
