• Responsible from all Turkey Opel andChevrolet dealers.
• Making an annual business plan with the right focus to accomplish efficient dealer’s use of sales&aftersales processes.
• Work in close collaboration with sales, marketing, aftersales and R&D departments before send out any circular to dealer network.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and aftersales managers to understand business requirements and market needs.
• Develop and execute dealer visit plan in line with the annual business plan identifying potential risk areas to increase operational efficiency
• Review the processes in line with legal and regulatory standards.
• Ensure timely reporting of results on all completed visit and
immediate escalation of all relevant issues to headquarters- Germany and local management.
• Execute and control the Debit process in line with requirements.
