团队方面：2个销售小组共18人 ，负责开发欧洲和亚洲客户。业务方面培养新业务 ，帮助业务成长实现团队的开发目标。客户项目交 付方面 ，组织研发团队完成客户技术需求沟通以及项目交付。
产品是电单车充电器 ，电动工具园林工具充电器 ，共享换电充电设备。
主要客户是欧洲的ebike drive system电机系统品牌如FAZUA ，brose ，mahle ，众多的电单车品牌 ，电动摩托车品牌如piaggio ，新加
坡 ，土耳其和印度的电单车oem ，以及这些地区的动力锂电池厂商（有意大利/波兰/西班牙/法国/印度）。还有电动园林工具品牌商如

工作描述: 主要负责大客户巴西unicoba的订单管理 ,供应商价格谈判 ,品质管控与新产品项目进度跟进。以及帮助客人实现一些生产设备与生产
线的采购与本土化生产的转移。成功实现一条300万的电源产线转移落地至巴西本土生产。
团队简单3个人 ,另外有一个品质工程师和一个业务助理。

Responsibilities:
ODM/OEM/SUPPLIER development:
o For engineering LED lighting business, including products of LED streetlights, highbay, explosion-proof light, sports light, panel light, sourc ing new luminaire ODM suppliers or parts suppliers in china.
o For retail LED lighting business, including products of LED bulb, tube, downlight, spotlight, sourcing ODM suppliers in China.
o Audit new suppliers and make general report to HQ.
o Collect new potential suppliers and existed suppliers’ prices and make comparison updates report to HQ. New products developments & projects management:
o For new samples developing, negotiate technical spec between HQ engineer and ODM engineer.
o Test new samples and report quality & performance.
o Approval samples and shipping.
o Manage ODM sample development schedule.
o Support ODM sample development technically.
o Checking and finding new technologies comparing with our products and report idea. Quality control:
o For new products’ PO, checking production process and point out quality risks.
o Shipping inspection.
