• According to HQ strategic plan and budget, leading the dealer network strategy.
• Lead the whole territory to ensure the achievement of the business goals of both the brand and dealership.
• Lead end-to-end network building from identifying and prospecting potential dealers and dealer group, evaluating and qualifying intended dealers, sign agreement to dealer grand opening & going on.
• Lead the build-up activation of dealer locations and ensure compliance with the brand coparate standards. • Closely follow up Turkish Automobile Market and main competitors to adapt strategy and action plan.
• Lead the monitoring and evaluation of dealer network, to provide analysis report and suggestion, to negotiate and achieve improvement.
• Lead the plan and execution of pop-up exhibitions, including site selection, decoration materials and installation, opening ceremony, leads collection.
• Planning and monitoring the Dealer KVKK setup with legal consultants.
• Planning the CRM setup for customer follow-up. (Online & Offline)
• In accordance with TSE 12047 standards, tracking of dealers' TSE Certificates and up-to-date notifications to the Serbis system.
