Align commercial strategies and communication internationally within corporate wide
Collaborate in channel management, revenue management, loyalty program alignment, and all the commercial efforts
Responsible for feasibility study, project development, budgeting, planning, pricing, site selection and market share
performance for all 8000+ hotels globally including Hanting, Ji hotels, Crystal Orange, Joya etc;
Develop short and long-term business plan goals and objectives with other cross functional departments
Lead a team includes 12 direct reports within corporate team and indirect reports from Senior directors/managers of
each BUs to improve comprehensive abilities with supervision, assessment and supports;
Guide and managed analytical modeling solutions for Revenue Management, includes but not limited to room inventory
control, pricing, marketing strategies for each brand, innovate automotive systems and tools, Channel management,
partnership in various markets and products;
Evaluates the current portfolio of top line performance, and in partnership with Exec leadership, formulates the strategy
to achieve business objectives and implements systems and processes that leverage and support enterprise strategies to
maximize RevPAR growth and operational services.
Drive sponsorship revenue growth through creating new sellable product via social media and new media channel,
identification of customer market targets and development of sales strategies;
Illustrated leadership in driving enterprise-level objectives with capability to influence results, obtain big data support,
and deliver outcomes while leading and managing multiple initiative and projects below;
o Managed corporate topline revenue of improving RPI in China and achieved 2% growth in 2021
o Projected over 3000 new hotel site selections with accurate RevPAR forecast (95% forecast accuracy)
o Optimized and upgraded RMS to support over 20 brands and 7000+ hotels with automation system
o Fulfilled multiple marketing and revenue management training programs to empower BU leaders
o Establish a new revenue management model from 0 to 1 between corporation and business unit of each brand
