Responsibilities :
-Report and update to the Service Delivery Director weekly for all the projects status.
-Manage a team include Project Managers, Engineers and Vendors for deployment of the project and prepare Risk Management Plan.
-Prepare costing proposal, tender submission, contract negotiations, site survey and hands on handling the projects.
-Participate in Request for Information (RFI), Invite to Quote (ITQ) and Invite to Tender (ITT) exercises.
-Ensure all projects are deliver on TIME and on BUDGET
-Involve in contract negotiations and ensure contract obligations, specifications and quality are met for the projects and programs.
-Executed a variety of application development and infrastructure projects.
-Created and maintained detailed project plans, including milestone, deliverables, and resources.
-Produced standard project/program status reports in a variety of formats. Other tools included MS Project, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint and Visio as needed for status reporting, meeting minutes, requirements and other project documents.
-Interacted with various levels of management including executives (C-level and VP) when executing projects.

Responsibilities :
-Representing MOH to spearhead and oversee the projects
-Responsible for providing delivery oversight of all Ministries data engineering projects in the MOH
-Provide a single point of accountability, and leverage the solution and delivery capabilities of internal and external vendors
-Acquire thorough understanding of the user’s business & operational needs, transformation plans and financial budgets.
-Build a highly effective, engaging and collaborative relationship with the end-users, delivery teams and vendors.
-Engagement with management teams.
-Coach, guide and mentor Project Managers.
-Work with end users to build digital workforce and develop deep data engineering capabilities.
-Contribute thought leadership to service delivery processes and program management, and work with internal corporate units to establish project governance, quality assurance and digital transformation initiatives.
-Responsible for revenue and margin delivery for the project financial health.
-Technology scan for innovative solutions that can meet user’s business and transformation needs in the new digital age.

-Garden By The Bay (GBTB) Project. The system involves CCTV, PA and Access Card System.
-Singtel Workflow Management System @ Serangoon North.

Responsibilities :
-Report directly to the Asia Managing Director monthly for all the projects in Asia and responsible for the KPI.
-Manage a team of 5 Project Managers whom are station in Asia.
-Execution and in charge of procurement which include negotiation with subcon/suppliers for projects in Asia about USD 20 millions yearly.
-Prepare costing proposal, tender submission, contract negotiations, site survey and hands on handling the Healthcare construction projects or programs with Suppliers include during construction phase or after T.O.P.
-Ensure contract obligations, specifications and quality are met for the projects and programs.
Projects:
-SGH and CGH PillPick System worth SGD16 millions. The system consist of robotic arm to pick the drugs from conveyor belt and pack into individual pack. After which will dispense to the patients in the ward.
-CGH IB Pneumatic Tube (PTS) and Auto Guilded Vehicle System (AGV) worth SGD 7 millions. PTS is to transport documents and blood sample the wards to respective departments. AGV is to transport the food and linen trollies from the kitchen/linen room to the wards during meal time.
-CGH PillPick System worth SGD 4 millions. The system consist of robotic arm to pick the drugs from conveyor belt and pack into individual pack. After which will dispense to the patients in the ward.
-NTFGH Auto Guilded Vehicle System (AGV) worth SGD 8 millions. AGV is to transport the food and linen trollies from the kitchen/linen room to the wards during meal time.
-YCH Pneumatic Tube (PTS) and Auto Guilded Vehicle System (AGV) worth SGD 7.7 millions. PTS is to transport documents and blood sample the wards to respective departments. AGV is to transport the food and linen trollies from the kitchen/linen room to the wards during meal time.
-Malaysia government hospital Pneumatic Tube (PTS) worth SGD 2 millions
-Thailand government hospital Auto Guilded Vehicle System (AGV) worth SGD 8 millions
-Korea government hospital Auto Guilded Vehicle System (AGV), Pneumatic Tube (PTS) and PillPick System worth SGD 19 millions
-Hong Kong private hospital Auto Guilded Vehicle System (AGV), Pneumatic Tube (PTS) and PillPick System worth SGD 18 millions

-Deliver the project within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to ensure the business value is being realized.

-Police contract worth SGD 23 millions. Perimeter intrusion system and anti terrorist system.
