* Recruiting for three divisions.
* Resolving employee relation issues, and leading Managers on policies and procedures pertaining to human resources.
* Providing legal advice including coaching and counseling staff and management, guiding disciplinary action, and handling employee complaints.
* Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and recommend action plans.
* Daily aid and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation ensuring consistent application of policy.
* Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding a wide variety of issues (FMLA, work schedules, transfers, promotions, benefits, safety, unfair treatment, performance, personal issues, pay, company policies, worker compensation etc.)
* Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws regarding employment practices, including, but not limited to, EEOC Compliance and Title VII, Recruiting Selection, FLSA, ADA and FMLA.
