-Digital Project Management: Lead and develop warehouse automation / machine learning
projects, including timelines, budgets, solutioning, resources, vendor management and
oversee the successful execution. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure smooth project flow, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
-Warehouse Management System (WMS) Enhancement: Lead the WMS enhancement
projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create
specifications doc, solution design, user training, UAT, go-live support. Work closely with IT
team for system development.
-Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in logistics
operations, such as implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, optimizing
transportation routes, optimizing warehouse resource and space. Drive continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase
customer satisfaction.
-Warehouse Operations: Co-lead an operation team of 50+ staffs and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and resources management, including receiving, storage, order
picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Optimize logistics processes to achieve
operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
