Duties:
●Responsible of design and operation of leadership program for Team Leaders and Supervisors
●Responsible of design and operation of High School Scholarship for Team Leaders
●Budget Control of avg 6 MUSD annually
●International,National, State and local Legal Compliance related to Training (STPS, CTPAT, OEA)
●Compliance and support as internal auditor for ISO based systems (9001,14001,45001)
●Planning and Operation of Office Team Members Development Plan.
●To design, develop and implement the plan for the NEC and Job Training Basics according to program, including facilities, budget, supplies and necessary miscellaneous to cover this purpose.
●Maintain and assure accuracy on SAP database for STPS legal compliance Training Records
●Ensure competency of NEC internal instructors to deliver proper training.
●Define evaluations and tools to measure the effectiveness of applied programs
●Support to KMX departments outlining External On Job Training and satisfy requirements.
