●Drawing Database update making operator capable to control process within tolerance.
●Design and Standardization of cardboard and pallet packaging material. Goal of this program was avoiding of dent and hits on door’s face due to weak packaging. Average monthly savings of USD. 25,000

I Established a Quality Assurance Department and did implementation of Organizational Performance Measurements for suppliers (ppm level), internal rejects and customer returns reported as Cost of Quality.I developed and implement an audit program by establishing clear requirements, specification and how to measure.

Achievements:
●Denso Way Training to 300 line workers (night shift)
●ISO-TS Audit Check sheet development. This tool was implemented to match customer requirement with process and physical evidence. Resulting on robust Audits in less amount
●Customer Alert System Improvement. This activity was performed to notify Quality and Engineering sections of customer returns and field issues. Alert system includes due dates to deliver Corrective Actions and Report to customers. Getting 2006 NUMMI award on Quality and Delivery, 2006 Honda Quality Award, Maintain Ford Q1 status during 06FY and 2006 Toyota Quality Supplier Award.
