Head of the HR Department for the Electric Mobility Center Plant (3 Plants in the same facility)
with 950 hourly employees and 106 salary employees supporting HR processes with a team of 6
employees in the department (Absenteeism, Turnover, Payroll Payment, Learning and
Development plans), Org structure definition for 2 new plants to be lean and have benchmark org
fitness (span of control and org layers), guide succession plan sessions for Plant Manager and staff
and follow up actions plans, performance improvement, pay planning and team development

Generate and lead the projects of HR related to our KPI’s (Turnover, Absenteeism, Engagement,Overtime), review monthly the workforce for the plant (Salary and Hourly), Lead the Calibration
sessions and Talent planning sessions, Being the PD Specialist with the WCM implementation for
the plant, support in the annual contract negotiation with the union.

Help in HR functions such as Recruiting, Training and Development, Labor and Union Relations,
Compensations, Personnel Services, HR Metrics, Personnel Management, Employee Development,
HR Policies for salary and wage employees.
