/Executive Assistant, Promoted to Senior HR Associate/Executive Assistant
• Conducted Full-Cycle Recruitment including but not limited to understanding position needs, identifying
effective recruitment channels, conducting phone interviews, scheduling meetings with candidates to meet
hiring managers and the team, negotiating job offers, etc.
• Developed and implemented new policies and procedures and updated the employee handbook
• Managed payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including
salaries, benefits, taxes, other deductions, new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rate, and being the first
point of contact and resolving any employee’s pay and benefit related issues
• Assisted the President to coordinate the operation of different departments and external resources, including
Accounting, IT, Facility, Marketing, Sales &BD, and Production teams
• Worked with the Department Managers to identify training needs for business and made training plans
• Led annual HR budget and managed the expenses within budget for HR department and office supply use
• Fully handled employee immigration issues with outsource attorney
• Acted as the liaison between the employees and the management team by addressing their concerns,
complaints, and suggestions, provided guidance and support to managers on employee relation issues
• Conducted exit interviews and processing termination paperwork
• Assisted the President and managers to conduct employee performance evaluations, provided feedback and
suggestions
