● Design and development of electronic systems for our robot
● Develop embedded programs for micro controllers like STM32 or
● Arduino using embedded C or C++
● PCB board design, repair, and assembly - coordinating with CB board manufacturing
● Responsible for integration of robotic sensors and actuators
● Troubleshoot issues, coordinate maintenance, and data gathering on our robotic platform
● Working closely within a cross-functional agile R&D team for a range of software and
mechatronic product development activities

● Understand customer requirement including rated primary voltage, rated secondary
voltage, rated power, rated frequency, connection type, size
● Do the calculation based on requirement including core size, size of each lamination,
maximum temperature, size of primary winding and secondary winding in axial and radial
direction, short circuit impedance and etc
● Do the drawing by using AutoCad based on calculation
● Do the no load test, load test, partial discharge test, primary and secondary voltage regular
working voltage test, electric strength test to test the insulation and noise test based on the
size of transformer and customer requirement.

● Draw system block diagram based on requirement
● Draw power tree to indicate the power flow and clock tree if required
● Design circuit schematic based on block diagram by using OrCAD
● Cooperate with mechanical engineer, PCB developer to draw PCB by using Allegro
● Engage in validation test, also bring up test and FA during each production period including
EVT, DVT, MINI, PVT stages
● Report production issues back to clients, for example google team and give them positive
solutions
● Hold knowledge sharing conference to share how frequency modulation, amplitude
modulation and ASK, FSK been used in tele communication.

● Improve the hardware based on the schematics, distinguish the fault location and draw PCB design and layout
● When the PCB design is settled down, test the existing design and write testing report to
analysis the risk assessment including whether the PCB has meet the voltage, power
consumption, current requirement.

● The major work mainly engage in transformer installation based on the design circuit from
major engineer, repair the return product and locate the fault issues.
