1. Business development and local partnership building with Distributors/Integrators/ISP and OEM partners in
Mexico and Argentina (annual sales revenue from 0 to USD2000,000)
2. Provide proposal and quotations to partners; Develop profitable business model based on market trends and
competitor activity. Support Integrators to win the project bidding
3. Identify and recruit new channel partners; Develop promotional and incentive plans and supervise Channels’
implementation, manage distribution prices, payments and rebates, monitor inventory and sales forecasts,
control the pace of shipment
4. Responsible for schedule control and lead operation within different sectors
5. Improve brand awareness with partners; organize and implement sales program and marketing event
6. Organize product trainings between Pre-sales team and Distributors, Integrators, SP etc.
