Responsible for plastic machine sales (maquila / manufacturing). Reported to General Management.
• Quoted injected plastic pieces for Tiers 1 and 2 in the Auto Industry (BMW, Mercedes, VW) and
Electro domestic Industry mainly (Mabe, Phillips, etc.).
o Estimated and negotiated cost per piece: Machine needed, cycle time, resin cost. Sent
Bost Break Down to client.
• Prospected, called and visited clients.
• Quoted plastics molds brought from China and dealt with day-to-day productions issues having
to do with sales.
• Cooperated with the quality system.
MINSA: Mold and Tooling Plant February 2013- January 2020

Responsible for tooling sales (manufacturing). Reported to General Management.
• Helped quote molds, fixtures, gauges, engineering changes and die cast molds made in the
company.
• Prospected clients.
• Participated in financial and strategic meetings where KPI where evaluated.
• Supervised the implementation of ERP system.
• Estimated production costs and profits per project.

• Visited tooling and machine suppliers in Germany and China and quoted plastic molds brought

Opened a language school, taught administration at university level and offered translating services and
consulting as a freelancer.

San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
After having been in Corporate Office for over 2 years in Mexico City, I was given the opportunity to open a
franchise in San Luis Potosí and opened a school from scratch—construction, staff hiring, permits— and took
the role of Director where I oversaw the Sales team, an Academic Coordinator and 25 teachers.
Running the school and reporting to corporate office were my main tasks. Increasing sales, profits, and
academic quality my main goals.
We were able to have over 400 students and received the National Academic Prize during the 2006 National
Convention, for this prize we competed with over 90 other schools.

Mexico City.
In Corporate Office I reported directly to the Board of Directors, who were also the founders. I oversaw the
Corporate Sales Team, the National Sales Manager, the National Marketing Manager, and the Marketing
Agency—we worked with the Marketing Agency BBDO, a worldwide company.
I would talk to franchise owners and directors over their monthly financial results— over 90 schools
nationwide—, prepare the national marketing campaigns, train sales personnel—over 1000 salespeople—
and train franchise owners and directors.
Increasing sales and brand recognition were my main goals. During my tenure we opened 4 new franchises,
increased national yearly profits to over 10%, maintained brand recognition, and developed a new training
program for sales personnel, directors, and franchisors.
