Strategic HR Implementation: Coordinate and implement HR policies, processes, and departmental goals to align with the company's strategic objectives.
· Operational Advisory: Provide regular counsel to Operational Managers, Supervisors, and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and conflict resolution.
· Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration of new employees into the company culture.
· Facility Oversight: Directly manage the Dallas Cardone facility, ensuring efficient operations across multiple shifts and departments.
· Union Collaboration: Work closely with union representatives to address employee concerns, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with union contracts. Facilitate open communication between management and union members to foster a harmonious working environment.
· Training & Development: Implement training programs tailored to the needs of the workforce, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
· Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for employee growth and development.
· Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in disputes, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions that align with company policies and union agreements.
· HRIS Systems: Utilize UKG Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors for timekeeping and workforce management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with labor laws.
· Safety & Compliance: Collaborate with the safety department to ensure all HR practices adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.
· Employee Engagement: Organize and oversee employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and high levels of job satisfaction.
