-Oversee over 1,300 team members and partner with 100 Primary Care and Pediatric Practices throughout the DFW Metroplex, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, and El Paso ensuring alignment with corporate direction, strategic initiatives, and Human Resources best practices. (e.g., talent recruitment, development and training; associate engagement; performance management; legal/regulatory compliance; compensation, safety and benefit policies and practices)
- Partner with the Executive Senior Leadership team to develop and drive business practices that support business objectives.
- Work with the Executive Leadership Team and Management to enhance their abilities of
attracting stable, highly qualified candidates through enlightened recruiting, evaluation, and selection programs.
- Provide expert HR counsel and guidance in the areas of performance management, change management, compensation, organizational development, recognition programs, succession planning, training, leadership, labor and employee relations and work environment issues.
- Actively identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to avoid risks or liabilities.
- Investigate and advise management in appropriate resolution of associate relations issues such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, associate, and applicant appeals, Equal Employment, documentation procedures, or other HR related matters as required.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to fair employment practices, employee safety and health, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to managers in handling difficult or complex associate relations' issues and in resolving complaints or conflicts. Responsible for employee relations strategies, ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Actively manage the company's sponsorship program and compliance with USCIS employment visas.
- Work with the Executive Leadership in the implementation and due diligence processes of any upcoming M&A’s.
- Act as a Change Management agent, facilitating the communication to integrate new processes or policies in accordance to the business objectives and strategies.
