• Develop recruiting strategies and operate Full cycle recruitment for vacant positions
• Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation with human rights and
pay equity
• Ensure employee relations are handled with care and accuracy
• Assist managers and supervisors with changes of status; Facilitate separation of
employment requests
• Assist day-to-day operation of HR
• Ensure California laws are abided by while following SHEIN US policies and procedures
• Manage HRIS systems, benefits and compensation, 401(k)/ Cal Savers, open enrollment
and LOA requests; 200+ employees
• Assist with payroll and reporting
• Manage new hire orientation and projects
• Build, manage, and motivate HR team to meet and exceed organizational, departmental
goals and objectives
• Derive and share relevant insights; coach and empower managers for positive outcomes;
influence workplace culture in alignment with SHEIN values
