● Collect, run, and analyze raw sales data
● Monitor inventory health to ensuring efficient inventory in FBA and domestic

Warehouse Management Experience
I was one of the Amazon partner. As a third party seller, we have to ship out lots of order per day to customer and Amazon. I have monitoring and supervise the flow of inventory and make adjustments to meet delivery deadlines. We have 15 people doing different part of job. Receiving, put away, picking up, and packaging. I have to assign my weekly and daily planning to them. After that, I have to check their work quality and safety, and instruct them if anything change or if we have more innovate way to boost the efficiency. Then I have to track and record expense if any purchased and shipment is made. If there is any mistake happen, I will have a personal talk and suggestion to prevent further mistake happen. A monthly meeting or lunch to build team relationship. Quarterly meeting for safety issue. And 6 month employee evaluation.
