Coordinated human resources initiatives, policies, and programs for three manufacturing plants: serving 174 employees.
· Supervised employee relation issues by investigating employees’ complaints, resolving employee conflicts, and advising appropriate action to supervisors and managers.
· Analyzed government rules and regulations and ensured company’s policies and procedures are in line with government’s statutory requirements.
· Partnered with plant leadership when conducting quarter employee check-ins. Advised management on best practices when delivering reviews to employees.
· Served as the first point of contact for local HR escalations, HRIS data entry, reporting and auditing.
· Prepared, updated, tracked, and maintained various records and reports, including policy manuals, HR activity reports, new hire/termination lists, and organization charts.
· Assisted in the communication and delivered of recognition processes, bonuses, and benefit information.
· Part of the onsite Safety Committee and maintained compliance with OSHA regulations and requirements.
· Effectively and efficiently source a qualified, diverse pool of candidates for the Company’s open positions.
· Manage the requisition request process through Paycom (ATS) to post approved jobs and manage job postings
per standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
· Work with hiring managers to present qualified applicants and schedule interviews, accordingly, including phone, virtual and in-person interviews.
· Managed the placement of temporary employees, where needed, by communicating with agency representatives.
· Led human resource’s function including hiring, orientation, and on-boarding.
