• Improved pick support rate from 1400 in week 1, to 1875.21 in week 2, 41% WoW in one week.
• Improved FHN CAP’s safety leadership index (SLI) to be all above benchmark.
• Improved FHN CAP team from being bottom shift since Dec 2022 to best performing shift finishing number 1 on
week 20, Week 16, Week 24 and Week 26-30.
• Launched tote and UPP process improvement to ensure reusable none inventory is monitored and at healthy
level on site, preventing possible safety risk or impairing other sites’ operation due to short in totes and UPP.
