1. Partners with the leadership team to execute the Headquarters’ HR strategy, policy and
procedures.
2. Full-cycle recruitment management from job requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening,
interviewing, salary negotiation, extending offer to onboarding in accordance with the
organization's recruitment standards.
3. Set up time keeping and payroll system to process payroll account transactions (e.g., salaries,benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments), process payroll changes
(e.g. new hires, terminations, raises), register state income tax ID & unemployment insurance
ID and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
4. Choose and manage outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, distribute
benefits information to employees and make sure the plans comply with federal and state
regulations.
5. Serve as a consultant to advise other managers on human resources issues, including HR
policies, performance management and associated corrective actions, facilitate dispute and
conflict resolution processes.
6. Create and maintain accurate employee records and gather all related documentation and key
details.
7. Facilitate Visa application, including Business visa, work visa etc.
