• Being the main point of client contact and ensuring a positive, effective and trusted
relationship is maintained and that client expectations are exceeded.
• Negotiation with client on Quarterly Investment and Promotional Plans.
• Generate sales and revenue/ Source new prospects within client accounts.
• Create account strategies leading projects from conception to final execution.
• Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate events and provide support and direction.
Achievements
On boarded new partner which now delivers 32% of our Irish volume and 67% at peak times.
Re-aligned our ROI within one of our UK Key Accounts which saved us 91% Investment
Quarter on Quarter without losing sales or ruining the relationship.
Inherited the management of one our Distribution partners and improved operations as well
as sales year on year by 60%. Created a multi-account rebate structure / Renewed the
contract adding more product categories / Negotiated the lowest margin we have with any
distie / Opened up new accounts / Constructed a Finance tracker that both finance teams are
aligned with / Implemented promotional and marketing plans with the direct partners.
Ranged an exclusive high-end product with one partner originally not planned for UK market.
The partner marketed the product for free in return for the exclusive. We provided 3
months’ worth of stock which sold out in 3 weeks without us having to offer any promotional
funding. We re-invested the profit from that deal in to other products to drive more sales.
Started with 1 account and now have the most in the sales team with 12. Obtaining those
through determination, relationship skills, successful pitches to win business, proven track
records, collaboration with all internal departments and trust within internal and external
teams.
